Order Cancellation
We make every effort to process your order to ship out promptly. Please contact us as soon as possible with your cancellation request as we only accept order cancellation requests before the product is shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us before the 30 days. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to drop your package off to as well as a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What are non-returnable items
None! We accept all items that are within the 30-day return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
